Penang trip Day1

Having one week mid semester break
plan go for penang with my chou ren for trip
3 days 2 nights
maybe everyone will curious
just penang, what are the purposes for us to stay up to 2 nights?
haha~
we just no idea where to go
and penang was our best choice as we ever been there
so we know where to go
and we have friends staying there too =)

we departure after we taking our lunch
about 2.30pm we reach our hotel, Grand Inn Hotel
luckily we called for reservation earlier
because it was full house
we chosen standard double room
It only cost us Rm115 nett during peak season
even during normal days, the price will not more than Rm100
with free breakfast, free parking,etc. ...
Grand Inn hotel did provide the water machine
which means we no need to boil water but just go take when needed
each floor were provided one machine
so convenience
I would recommend for budget travelers
Its really worth !!

Our first station was Gurney Plaza

Since we came late

so we only managed to go Gurney for our first day

There having camera fair

We just hanging around Gurney Plaza without any purpose

haha~

And I discovered a cafe, they serving rainbow cake~

wao~

This was quite fresh for me

as I always saw friend's post on Facebook

but never try

and now...It's the time ^^

** The outlook of the cafe, Macaron Cafe **

It is famous with its macaron

but I had attracted by their rainbow cake

So...

taadaaaa~

The rainbow cake as we imagine

7 layers colours

It taste quite nice

just will getting more sweet and sweet

This only cost me Rm9.50

Maybe I should try their macaron nextime?

I hope so... XD

There always crowded whenever i went

Erm..the taste still ok

Next time I will prefer go Gurney Plaza food court for my meal

there lots of choices~~

Planet popcorn & Mochi sweet which previously just available at KL, now they having branch at Gurney Plaza too (ground floor)

Its a good news for us ya, we can purchases from Gurney outlets..yea~
